Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Horion's websites, applications, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Horion provides software tools for AI observability and code analysis. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@horion.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use
• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law permits

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Horion a license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

Paid plans, credits, and overage terms are described on our pricing page and in-product. Fees are billed as disclosed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Horion and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, source control or monitoring tools). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HORION AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

You will defend and indemnify Horion against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, subject to Horion's prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Services, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law or through the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
